Bronson is an authority on apartment investing and is continually putting out new content to help educate investors and help them achieve financial freedom.  He spent his earlier years as a sales consultant for several large and startup medical device companies.

With over 400 units under management their real estate investment properties have included multifamily and single family homes. The team’s experience includes using a variety of creative financing methods to acquire properties, personal and contracted renovation skills, and first hand experience with property and tenant management. Since exiting education, Ken and Rachael’s top priority is to acquire large multifamily properties through syndication which have above average returns for our investors. 

Joshua Ferrari, founder of Ferrari Capital and co-founder of Three Beach Capital, is a former aircraft technician turned successful real estate investor. After a six-year aviation career leading the top UPS MRO line, he transitioned to real estate, amassing over $65 million in assets and 874 units in four years. By age 25, he retired from corporate work thanks to his real estate income.
